Your personal Chef will take into consideration your likes and dislikes from a guest special request form that is sent to you prior to arrival and in turn will design a menu especially for you. Taveuni Palms provides a unique Fiji dining experience unlike any other. During your stay you will be taken on a culinary journey through the South Pacific. All of our recipes have been created right here in our kitchen by our extraordinary staff. Taveuni Island produces a bounty of exotic fruits, vegetables, fresh seafood and from the rainforest, harvests of wild aromatics such as ginger and chilli’s.
